By adding Aegis to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to these Terms of Service and Discord's own Terms of Service.

2. Use of Aegis

Aegis is provided free of charge. You may use Aegis on any Discord server you have permission to manage, subject to the following rules:

• You must not use Aegis to harass, harm, or target individuals
• You must not use Aegis to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• You must not attempt to abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer Aegis's functionality
• You must not use Aegis for illegal activities of any kind

3. Server Administrators

As a server administrator adding Aegis to your server, you are responsible for how Aegis is configured and used within your server. You are responsible for ensuring your server's use of Aegis complies with Discord's rules and applicable laws.

4. Availability

Aegis is provided as-is. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue Aegis at any time without prior notice.

5. Removal

We reserve the right to remove Aegis from any server or terminate access for any user or server that violates these terms, at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aegis is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from the use or misuse of Aegis, including but not limited to moderation actions taken by the bot.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Aegis after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
