Analytics
A per-server activity trends page โ tickets, moderation, invites, giveaways & polls, most active channels, command usage, and member growth, all in one place.
Where To Find It
A top-level page in the sidebar, right under Server Overview โ not nested under a category. Every admin with dashboard access can see it; there's nothing to turn on.
Time Range
A 7 days / 30 days / All time selector at the top of the page controls every card except Most Active Channels and Command Usage, which are always lifetime totals (see Data Notes below). Day-by-day charts bucket by your browser's local calendar day, not UTC โ two admins in different timezones viewing the same range may see a data point land on a different day near the edges of the range.
Growth
Daily net member change (joins minus leaves), plus a joined/left summary for the selected range. Tracking started when this page shipped โ there's no retroactive join/leave history from before that.
Moderation
Real moderation actions only: warn/unwarn, mute/unmute, timeout/untimeout, kick, ban/unban, bulk purge, and AutoMod. Dashboard configuration changes (saving settings pages) are logged separately and never show up here. Includes a daily trend, a breakdown by action type, a top-staff ranking, and a total warning count for the range.
Tickets
Daily tickets opened, average resolution time (open โ close) for the range, and a "Closed By" staff breakdown. That last one tracks who closed each ticket, not who claimed it โ claim data only exists on a ticket while it's still open and isn't carried into the permanent record once it's closed, so true "claimed" stats aren't available historically.
Invites
Daily joins attributed to an invite, plus a top-inviters ranking. Members who've since left the server are dropped from the top-inviters list entirely rather than shown by a raw Discord ID. Joins via the server's vanity URL, or where Discord couldn't determine which invite was used, show as "Vanity URL" / "Unknown" instead of a name.
Giveaways & Polls
Four totals for the selected range: giveaways run, total entries, polls run, total votes cast. A flat KPI row rather than a trend chart, since it's whole-range totals.
Most Active Channels & Command Usage
Both are ranked, lifetime-only lists โ not affected by the time range selector. Channels rank by activity โ regular messages plus any command, button, select, or modal interaction used in that channel, so a channel that's all /fishing clicks and no chat still shows real activity instead of reading dead; bot-authored messages (like log posts) don't count. Command Usage ranks by how often each slash command, button, or menu gets used in this server specifically (a separate count from the bot-wide usage the developer sees in their own tools โ this one is scoped to your server only). Tracking started when this page shipped, so a freshly-added server starts both lists at zero and fills in from there.
Data Notes
- Retention follows the same Keep Server Data setting as everything else โ if Aegis is removed from your server without that turned on, all Analytics history is deleted along with the rest of your data.
- Top Staff lists (Moderation and Tickets) are keyed by the staff member's username at the time of the action, not a stable user ID โ a renamed staff member, or two staff sharing a display name, can fragment or merge in the ranking.
- Nothing here is editable โ nothing on this page changes bot behavior, it's read-only reporting.
